Sometimes, the hardest part about getting back in shape is getting started. A lot of information online is overly complicated and can be incredibly overwhelming to begin with. Hence I put together a really simple routine that only takes 15 minutes of your time. If you feel out of shape and want to get back into working out, then this one's for you.
